This is the guest entrance to Warner's Farm and brings guests straight into the beamed sitting room.

Warner’s Farm is a luxury B&B set within the historic heart of Essex, near Saffron Walden. It dates back to the 15th century, and features heated outdoor pool and deluxe en-suite bedrooms throughout.

All our rooms are en-suite and have individual character. Rooms for two are priced from £95 per room, per night – this includes full farmhouse breakfast. Contact us for prices for stays of multiple nights or of single occupancy.

It’s the perfect retreat for a romantic getaway or special occasion.

The beamed Master Suite is in the oldest part of the house, featuring doublle-aspect views over garden and pool, a Kingsize bed, and is styled with antique Art Deco  walnut furniture.

Sleep in luxurious style in the oldest part of the house, with double aspect views over gardens and pool, King size Bed, and en-suite shower room facilities.

Stay in our beautiful beamed farmhouse and enjoy a locally sourced farmhouse breakfast, many items produced by us.

Our home is furnished throughout with antique furniture and comfortable and stylish soft furnishings, to ensure you have a comfortable stay.

There are lovely grounds, a heated outdoor pool, fish pond and maps of walks from the door.

      we do have room, please let me know what configuration you need. presently we have doubles and a twin.There may also be a Garden Room if you would prefer to be more independent. All are the same price.

      Sorry for the delay in responding, but thanks for your kind words. This is my first attempt at blogging, so it’s still hit and miss. you asked for some hints …. I think it helps if you have a project you’re really interested in and can see progress because it’s normal to want to share successes, isn’t it. I still have difficulty suppressing my ironic humour but have a grown up daughter who helps to control that!
