All our rooms are en-suite and have individual character. Rooms for two are priced from £95 per room, per night – this includes full farmhouse breakfast. Contact us for prices for stays of multiple nights or of single occupancy.

You can now book online- see right hand side of the page.

Note Check in is from 4pm – check out by 11am.

We’d appreciate if guests respected these times since it allows us the time to make proper preparations for the next guest.

Apologies if a different time appears elsewhere- our ‘techy skill’s are not so refined!

  1. Booked and paid £100 after travelling 185 miles from York we arrived Sunday 9 August 4 pm, the place was deserted all except a black Labrador, hung around for 3/4 hour no one turned up eventually drove into Saffron Walden and found some accommodation but not what we wanted, very poor and what about our £100?

    • We’re very sorry to have disappointed you and would like to explain and make amends. This was an error on our booking system and we had no idea you were arriving – hence the place being deserted. It’s the first time this has happened and I will be checking the systems today to ensure it can’t happen again. Of course we will refund your deposit and additionally, if you would like to stay here tonight – as our guests, we would be delighted to see you. Please call to discuss.
      kind regards
      Irene Warner

    • After a chat with Mr Miller today- this issue is all resolved. A full refund and the offer of a complimentary stay on their next visit was acceptable. It’s a shame this happened at all, but a refinement of the system should stop it ever happening again.

  2. We were attending a wedding locally, so Warners Farm was ideal for eight of us over two nights. We had a very warm welcome with tea and cakes taken outside by the swimming pool. Our rooms were comfortable and well equipped. The gardens are lovely, with chickens roaming free. There is a beautiful lounge with an enormous fireplace, comfy sofas and wooden beams. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful.
